The organizational assessment gives each team member from your agency the opportunity to rate their perception of the organization's health, strength, and capacity. The self-assessment provides an aggregate score allowing each agency to determine where gaps and growth opportunities exist based upon the benchmarks associated with the Community Action Partnership Standards of Excellence.
